FunGarden Agreements!

As a participant in FunGarden Park activities, I agree to uphold the following principles:

  1. Trustworthiness: I will be honest, truthful, and respectful in my interactions with others and with the natural environment.
  2. Respect: I will treat others, the environment, and FunGarden Park’s resources with kindness, consideration, and care.
  3. Responsibility: I will take ownership of my actions and their impact on the environment and others.
  4. Fairness: I will play by the rules, share, and be considerate of others’ needs and feelings.
  5. Caring: I will show compassion and empathy towards others, animals, and the natural environment.

In addition, I agree to follow the principles of the Honorable Harvest:

  1. Ask First: I will ask permission before taking any resources from FunGarden Park, including plants, fl owers, or other materials. If no one is present I will ask myself: Is this ok? Is there more than 1 left? Do I know how to harvest this respectfully?
  2. Abide by the Answer: I will respect and follow the response to my request, whether from a FunGarden person or from my heart, whether it is yes or no.
  3. Only Take What You Need: I will only take what is necessary for my needs, without excess or waste.
  4. Share: I will share resources, space, and knowledge with others in a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect.
  5. Give Back: I will contribute to the well-being of FunGarden Park and its community through volunteer work, donations, or other forms of support.

FUN GARDEN PARK WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND AGREEMENTS

In consideration of being allowed to participate in activities at FunGarden Park, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

  1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in activities at FunGarden Park may involve risks, including but not limited to physical injury or property damage. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and assume all risks associated with participation.
  2. Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless FunGarden Park, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained by me or my property while participating in activities at FunGarden Park.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I have read and understand the terms and conditions outlined above. I acknowledge that I am signing this waiver and agreements voluntarily and that I am authorized to sign on behalf of myself and any minors accompanying me.
